Weight Control
Does Food Make You Fat?
Well Yes and NO!
You get fat because you
THINK food makes you fat!
Whatever you focus on you create more of. Whatever you
believe, think, and speak about yourself, you create as your experience.
Are you storing negative emotions from the past such as anger, hurt, guilt, shame, sadness etc? You may well be giving 60% of your energy to maintaining them! If so this may be the reason you find it difficult to maintain your ideal weight.

In the work that I do with people I assist them to completely clear the issues that are keeping them fat, I have seen these three primary issues in almost every client that struggles with weight:
1. A fear of moving forward in their life, living their purpose. Moving away from being fat rather than moving towards being slimmer.
2. The extra weight is a protection from a perceived threat or fear.
3. Food is used as a counterfeit energy to compensate for the emotional energies of sweetness, comfort, fulfillment, and satisfaction that are lacking in their lives. Hence comfort eating.
Creating
And Maintain Your Ideal Weight.
Believe it or not weight control is easy, almost as easy as putting it on!
Have you ever found that the problem is not in achieving your goal weight….
It’s maintaining it. Why?
Diets
don’t work; most people have been there at one time or another.
Diets trick the body into losing weight, and when you stop dieting all
the weight slowly piles on again. Why?
Because people are constantly working away from being fat, instead of working
towards being slim. The focus is on “I don’t want to be fat’ the
unconscious mind can not process a negative. So what are you programming your
unconscious mind to do for you when you say to yourself “I don’t
want to be fat” just take out the
“don’t” what’s left?
The
dieting industry makes millions of dollars each year off the fat of millions of
people who spend their dieting days eating cardboard meals and fatless foods
crammed with refined sugar or artificial sweeteners, which just makes them even
hungrier. Lets face it the words LOSE WEIGHT creates an image in the mind of
loss!
The
problem arises when we are unaware that we have a conflict and imbalanced. And
that is because most of our emotional conflicts relate to our early conditioning
or programming. Our perception of food is ingrained from a very early age and
may includes such things as, being told to eat all the food on your plate,
pleasing mum by eating all your dinner. Lack of money meant food was not left on
the plate.
When
the body-mind system is not in balance it won’t function to the capacity of
full health. So stop dieting yourself into feelings of loss and starvation. When
the body-mind system are working in conflict you only run on 2 cylinders instead
of 4. And that may causes lots of different health problems.
When
emotions, or hormones are involved, there is normally food involved! Perhaps,
when you were little and fell over and scraped your knee you were given a treat
of a biscuit or chocolate to make the pain go away? …. bang, there goes the
first emotional anchor to hurt, pain and nice sweet food. Once this anchor
becomes established, many people grow into adulthood comfort eating. With no
awareness that when life hurts food makes the hurt go away, temporarily!
